JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
  •  Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  •  Work with internal teams to make sure that all content creation—graphics, movies, and written text—is in line with the voice and message of the brand.
  •  Keep an eye on social media for trends, insights, and chances to improve your content and engagement tactics.
  •  Respond to comments, messages, and questions from fans and customers on social media sites in a timely and professional way.
  •  Look at success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to see how well social media campaigns are working and suggest changes that will help them keep getting better.
  •  Know about the latest technologies, business trends, and the best ways to use digital marketing and social media.
  •  Help manage social media advertising campaigns by setting budgets, choosing targets, and keeping track of how well the campaigns are doing.
  •  As needed, help the marketing team with their paperwork, research, and other projects.
  •  Keep accurate records of your social media actions, such as content calendars, schedules, and analytics reports.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  •  Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  •  Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  •  Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  •  Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
  •  Detail-oriented with strong Organizational and Time management skills.
  •  A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges and solve problems effectively.
  •  Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and video editing skills are a plus.
  •  Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of key digital marketing metrics.
  •  The ability to communicate in Arabic is an add on advantage.
