JOB DESCRIPTION
- The performance enablement and management of the CCL team.
- Continuous improvement, aiming for a consistent top-notch customer experience.
- Relentlessly pursue long-lasting relationships with our customers and drive your teams to exceed growth and financial targets.
- Supervision of all customer location tasks, including administrative onboarding, spot pricing for current clients, SOP drafting, reporting, administrative onboarding, handover to OCC, and claim and deviation management to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
- Encourage our actions, business strategy, and financial objectives, making sure that the customer care crew is given inspiring and aspirational goals to work for.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Expertise in leading Customer Service teams preferable for multi-national companies.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in customer related and leadership roles.
REQURIEMENTS
- Ability to balance being assertive and collaborative in order to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Fluent English skills.
