  • Maintain consumable product lists including inventory counts, expiration dates, and supply locations
  • Ensure that all medical and non medical consumables are property stored and appropriately secured
  • Ensure proper rotation of stocks in relation to expiration dates ensuring that all materials are removed from the clinic prior to expiration
  • Order medical and non-medical goods to make sure they are on hand when they are needed.
  • Put together paper and electronic bills to give to the finance staff.
  • Keep the right amount of goods on hand in case there are delays in getting them.
  • Answer the phone, set up meetings, and meet with third-party vendors to evaluate consumables and give the nursing manager a cost-benefit analysis. Help the marketing manager find suppliers, keep lists of suppliers, plan and receive deliveries.
  • Keep an up-to-date master list of all your suppliers and third-party partners’ contact information.
  • Keep an eye on the cleaning contracts of third-party vendors and do random and regular checks to make sure they’re following the rules for cleanliness and sanitation supplies.
  • Check the dates and visual safety inspections for fire equipment safety steps on a regular basis.
  • Making sure that the right people are informed about following the official inspection plan
  • Take on the duties of a fire marshal
  • Follow the set steps to open and close the clinic.
  • Join the code white team and the safety groups and do your job.
  • When you need to, work as a bartender.
  • Other tasks as needed
  • Learn about and stick to patient experience metrics
  • When dealing with private health information, you must know and follow HIPAA rules.



  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field a positive
  • Experience in the healthcare field a positive
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple assignments as required
