JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle regulations for all markets, including product registration, tracking documents with Head Office, and interacting with customers regarding regulations.
  • Manage client and office orders by entering orders into the system, coordinating with Warehouse Coordinators for packing lists, preparing invoices, and organizing deliveries.
  • Create a variety of reports, including import, inventory, and pending order portfolio reports.
  • Make sporadic spot inspections at the Jebel Ali warehouse once a quarter.
  • For shipments going out, send insurance declarations once a month.
  • Help the team enter orders for the retail sector, both locally and internationally.
  • As team members go on leave, take control of their portfolios.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Experience in cosmetics/retail is a plus.
