JOB DESCRIPTION
- Safely operate a light vehicle to deliver goods to assigned locations in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure prompt deliveries.
- When loading and unloading cargo from the car, make sure everything is packed safely.
- Examine the car on a regular basis and report any problems to the supervisor.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable driving experience.
- Keep precise delivery records and report any inconsistencies.
- Present a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Assist with other business responsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a light vehicle driver, preferably in delivery.
- Strong familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic laws.
- Ability to read maps and follow GPS directions.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying heavy items.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
