JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage legal drives, update legal templates, and provide necessary documents to support lawyers and internal clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to legal job requests, including tracking timelines, checking documents, and ensuring completion.
- Assemble files for attorneys and outside legal firms, and oversee legal drives for the recovery and updating of documents.
- Organize and keep up with physical and digital legal files.
- Create monthly progress reports, enforce process adherence, set deadlines, and keep an eye on the accomplishment of job requests.
- Handle law firm invoices while adhering to internal and external protocols.
- Minutes of meetings should be accurately and promptly transcribed and distributed.
- In order to ensure efficient communication, coordinate with outside counsel on ongoing issues. When necessary, create administrative legal letters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Word.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Experience in in-house legal departments, law firms, real estate development, shopping mall business, project management, or hotel management documentation is considered an advantage.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the legal field, a bachelor’s degree in law, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
