JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Operate and monitor washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery in accordance with company standards
- Monitor levels in chemical containers to ensure chemicals are being dispensed, and notify the supervisor accordingly
- Document and escalate any variances/maintenance and purchase requests to the supervisor
- Maintain the whole laundry area clean and tidy at all times
- Responsibly maintain and store all equipment and cleaning tools. (Vacuum cleaner, brooms, dustpan, mops, chemicals etc.)
REQURIEMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
