JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the smooth operations of the Kids Club effectively on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. This includes covering the Little Nomads reception area when required and supervising the team in the absence of the Kids Club Manager.
- Handles guest complaints and follows correct reporting procedures, and follows up with the guest satisfaction.
- Create new, unique and interesting activity programs that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. Help make the kids club offering a point of competitive advantage for the hotel. Ensure outsourced service provides maintenance standards.
- Have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel, and particularly all the Kids Club activities and experiences in the hotel.
- Oversee the application of all FLHSS rules and childcare health and safety requirements.
- Implement the Little Nomads activity program, making sure that all tasks are carried out in a secure setting with the appropriate tools and safety procedures.
- Using visitor comments and associated documentation, track the number of participants at each planned event to gauge the success of the activity programs. Make the required changes to ensure that hotel
- guests and members continue to enjoy high-quality, entertaining, and unique programming.
- Make sure the Little Nomads Kids Club’s equipment is kept clean and in good condition every day. Every month, create the report on spoiling, loss, and breakage.
- Support FLHSS management and possess a thorough awareness of the relevant local processes and procedures.
- In order to guarantee ongoing improvement, respond to audits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in working with children in a similar role in an international 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
- Must obtain the certification related to the Kids Club operation, including Paediatric First Aid, CPR.
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in activity program planning and delivering.
- Must be able to conduct training and development in regard to Kids Club procedures and company’s standards.
- Must have excellent knowledge in computing and MC Office.
- Must possess strong skills for communication towards colleagues and guests.
- Must be flexible and have a good sense of humor.
- Must be a strong communicator with ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
