Kids Club Attendant Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Read, understand and follow the safety and security policy and procedures at all times.

Follow program policies, procedures and health guidelines at all times.

Continuously provide high standards of care within the program.

Ensure registration cards, sign in sheets and all paper work is filled in correctly and given to manager and all staff are made aware of allergies of the children.

Constantly uphold a high degree of neatness and cleanliness

Consistently track the restocking of supplies from the stores and notify the manager in advance of running low so that additional may be ordered.

Assists in keeping an eye on the state of the facilities and notifies the manager when repairs or replacements are required.

Notify the manager right away of any occurrences, problems, visitor complaints, and recommendations.

Address issues right away and report them to the manager.

Consistently upholds professional and constructive relationships with coworkers, parents, and kids while acknowledging the diversity of backgrounds, cultures, and unique personalities.

When in the workplace, speak English at all times unless conversing with visitors who share the same language.

Always addresses parents and kids by name, making a positive first impression on each and every one of them.

REQUIREMENTS

· Recognized childcare or teaching qualification preferred.

· Relevant Core Training: Child Protection, Food Hygiene, Pediatric First Aid ( International Standards)

· Fire training (can be gained once here)

· CRB check and medical will be carried out in Dubai

· Childcare knowledge & Experience minimum of 3 years

· Previous experience within a childcare setting.

Experience with children from 0-15 years old. If experience is greater in one age group and less in another then this is fine.
