  • Manages all company secretarial obligations for allocated entities under the supervision of senior relationship manager/business unit manager including but not limited to license renewal, registrar filings, ESR and visa services
  • Ensures the proper handling of transactions of clients, including but not limited to incorporation, on-boarding, and transaction management, in line with processes and procedures
  • Imparts and arranges with clients as well as all inside and outside partners worried on the client organizations in the designated portfolio
  • Advances a client administration situated culture by giving opportune reactions to client demands, individual consideration, objection follow up and screens the impressive skill in correspondence with clients, partners, and delegates
  • Handles and settles any question brought by the client up in participation with the specialty unit supervisor if material and where fundamental. Further raises inquiries to the Overseeing Chief where required
  • Favorable to effectively facilitates and shares data with the specialty unit supervisor on a day to day/week after week premise as concurred, to guarantee top tier working associations with different capabilities and invigorating a culture of cooperation
  • Participation at executive gatherings and arrangement of board packs and minutes, where required
  • Monitor inward client acknowledgment and other consistence cycle and techniques; answerable for continuously sticking to these cycles and systems
  • Shows great judgment of circumstances and works intimately with consistence and heightens when expected to the executives
  • Circle back to clients consistently to guarantee solicitations are settled ideal and work intimately with Money to arrive at shared targets
  • Use and comprehension of inner frameworks guaranteeing precision



  • At least 1 years’ experience either from a company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting or transaction management background and ideally prior experience in working in a corporate services provider
  • Demonstrated track record of excellent client relationship management in corporate services
  • ICSA Qualified or part qualified is an advantage
  • Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated and very well organized
  • Comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment
  • Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a team
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
