JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts.
• assistance with year-end and month-end financial closing tasks.
• Keep track of financial statements, expense reports, and ledgers.
• support for tax returns and adherence to regional laws.

   

• Handle petty cash transactions and bank reconciliations.
• Work together with internal groups to guarantee efficient financial operations.
• Assist senior accountants with reporting and financial audits.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a consultancy firm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
