JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receive new business & renewals requests from direct clients/consultants – analyse, suggest and obtain adequate quotes through all channels.
2. Preparation of quotes/proposals, and binding of coverage
3. Make that the quote to issuance procedure adheres to the agreed-upon SLA and keep a record of any missed SLAs.
4. End-to-end endorsement activity
5. knowledgeable about local insurance companies, their offerings, and their procedures
6. Workflows and procedures should be used to update coverages, assess exposures, and talk about account management opportunities in addition to starting and continuing communication with clients.
7. Reporting errors
8. Sufficient case management and record keeping in NTAS in accordance with business process standards.
9. accordance with UW, departmental policies, and business standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in individual medical insurance – portals, underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis for minimum 2 years.
2. In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
3. Proactive and passionate about service to clients
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills In English, Arabic is an advantage.
5. Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload & support the team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. Ability to work in a team and go the extra mile for business requirements
