JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and prioritize tasks and risks.
- Should be available 24/7 apart from the duty timing for the emergency requirement.
- Should be active and ready for the IT tasks and doesn’t hesitate to work in any level of IT work.
- Performing Preventive Maintenance and updating it in Maximo.
- Monitor Daily backups and evaluate and validate backups.
- operating system installation, upgrades, and patching. Software, Hardware, Firmware.
- Monitoring system performance, resolving problems as they emerge, configuring Cisco switches as needed, performing virtual machine and health checks, and other IT-related duties.
- Transfer of one DC to a different DC.
- Resolve reported issues and requests within SLAs.
- Offer assistance, including the sharing of technical recommendations within the Function.
- supplying technical assistance and assisting in the resolution of issues and situations
- Verify the quality of every document before submitting it.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the industry of IT, Networks, storages or relevant.
REQURIEMENTS
- Experience with Disaster Recover solutions.
- Resolve technical hardware, software, and Network issues.
- Have excellent communication skills and ability.
- Capable of self-managing and prioritizing tasks.
