JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and processing of electronic supplier invoices
  • Responsible for own suppliers – including reconciliation and follow-up
  • Payment of supplier invoices etc
  • Participation in the daily accounting of transactions, supplier vouchers, bank reconciliations, etc
  • Optimizing workflows in the financial, banking and disbursement management system

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • has a relevant education in office/accounting
  • has experience with processes related to accounts payable accounting
  • has experience with bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, etc
  • has an interest in optimizing and automating processes
  • is committed and responsible
