JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and processing of electronic supplier invoices
- Responsible for own suppliers – including reconciliation and follow-up
- Payment of supplier invoices etc
- Participation in the daily accounting of transactions, supplier vouchers, bank reconciliations, etc
- Optimizing workflows in the financial, banking and disbursement management system
REQURIEMENTS
- has a relevant education in office/accounting
- has experience with processes related to accounts payable accounting
- has experience with bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, etc
- has an interest in optimizing and automating processes
