JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct investigation of inventory discrepancies identified during cycle count or picking and take action to rectify the discrepancies within the timelines.

Oversee the entire process of stock transfers inter warehouse, warehouse to store and store to warehouse, ensure the movements are recorded and updated to reduce discrepancies.

Provide regular update on pending transfers, WH cycle counts & transparency of trouble coded inventory!

Directly coordinate with suppliers and buying for returning the intended stocks

Tracking on all WH logs, credit note, RTV adjustments and submit to FSS

Report to finance after passing the CN, RTV, write-off, and general adjustment through the system.

Keep an eye on transactions every day, looking into anomalies and verifying that On-base logs are raised. checking the logs’ status as well to make sure the resolution is accurate.

Communicate the plan and make sure that it is followed; maintain the perpetual stock take calendar in collaboration with the assigned managers and stock take team.

Coordinate monthly shrinkage data with business inventory managers, and create and distribute the final report.

Oversee the identification of expired products and distribute visibility reports to the relevant parties.

Oversee the RTV or disposal of out-of-date and expired goods in the appropriate warehouse to guarantee that the company’s operations continue to meet high requirements for quality.
