  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records, including receipts, transfers, and stock adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to audit adjustments and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Lead customary stock reviews to recognize errors, research underlying drivers, and execute remedial activities.
  • Create and carry out stock control arrangements, strategies, and best practices to improve proficiency and precision in stock administration.
  • Use huge informational collections and logical apparatuses to perform profound jump examination, distinguish stock examples, and proactively address any stock related issues.
  • Work intimately with the money group to give precise stock valuation and backing monetary announcing necessities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role, preferably in a grocery quick commerce or retail environment.


  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and perform deep dive analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial project management and experience managing a large amount of inventory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of inventory valuation methods and financial reporting requirements related to inventory.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Gsheet and other relevant inventory management tools.
