  •  Achieve assigned sales targets based on product mix
  •  Meet bank sales team (RMs/WAs) on daily basis to explore opportunities for Insurance sales
  •  Maintaining business pipeline for month in conjunction with RM/WA
  •  In charge of setting up regular product training and repeat training for the sales team.
  •  It is their job to teach the sales team about the rules for underwriting so that business can run smoothly.
  •  Is in charge of setting up training for business sources when applications and paperwork are finished to make sure that the TAT are met.
  •  In charge of keeping the sales team up to date on what the business needs.
  •  In charge of field underwriting for new applications
  •  Give the sales team monthly reports on how the Fund Performance is doing on the company’s website.
  •  Make it easier for policy statements and fund fact sheets to get to the sales team on time.
  •  Make sure that the sales team always has access to all the sales materials, such as applications, handouts, and so on.
  •  Go to client meetings with both RM and WA.
  •  Keeping track of contestants
  •  Help to work on bank data and clients that haven’t been used yet to find new business opportunities.
  •  To grow the business, focus on activating RM across all sectors.
  •  Giving HNI clients (millionaire or more) a summary of their portfolios
  •  Help the RM/WA review the clients’ portfolios every three months.
  •  Make sure your portfolio has a good mix of savings and safety.
  •  Keep a steady mix of expensive regular and single


  •  Undergraduate degree required (Bachelor)
  • 2-4 years of experience within retail sales (preferred in insurance, or banking


  • environment)
  •  Sales capabilities
  •  Solid knowledge of Dubai market
  •  MS Office
