  1. Responsible for day-to-day people experience operation.
  2. Deliver a consistently high-level quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals.
  3. Follow the most recent rules and procedures, standard operating procedures, and instructions when carrying out any HR-assigned tasks. Make sure that privacy is upheld at all times.
  4. familiarity with the data landscape and HR systems to the extent necessary or appropriate to carry out procedures and finish jobs accurately and with quality.
  5. helps find opportunities for ongoing system, process, and practice improvement as well as cost-cutting measures at different employee touchpoints throughout the lifecycle to enhance the quality of the experience for people.
  6. maintaining accurate records of HR-related actions and providing ad hoc reports as needed.

Specific accountabilities

  • Join  and welcome to our world ( Recruitment & Onboarding)
  1. Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team on recruitment-related items such as:- screening applicants, coordinating interviews, creating and managing job requisitions, and supporting with the creation of offers in the system.
  2. Administer and score profiles of all types of psychometric tests in accordance with testing standards and procedures, keeping always in mind the correctness and accuracy of score and profiles generated.
  3. Delivers customized on boarding process and orientation that facilitate a positive candidate experience.


  •   12 Years of schooling or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Human resources covering recruitment, shared services, on boarding off boarding.


  • Comprehensive knowledge in HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques and experience in handling recruitment projects, joining formalities, offboarding or in a shared services environment covering all aspects of employee lifecycle.
  • PC literate and proficient in MS Office package
  • Strong quality orientation and organization skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Arabic language is an advantage.
