HR Operations Coordinator Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment and changes to employee benefits plans
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist with employee training and development programs, including scheduling and logistics
• Management on monthly payroll inputs for small group of employees including coordination on employee enquiries, reconciliation etc.
• Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed
• Process HR related invoices and expenses
• Management of HR contractors and all related activities in the end-to-end operations
• Co-ordination of culture related events
• Manage sensitive HR data reporting and dashboard creation. Preferable for the candidate to ideally should have some degree of fluency in using Office 365 and Power BI
• Provide administrative support to Regional P&O Head
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related technology
