JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Manage HR paperwork and keep up-to-date personnel records.
- Organize staff development and training initiatives to improve abilities and output.
- Organize benefits administration, payroll processing, and staff attendance monitoring.
- Effectively and professionally handle employee complaints, questions, and disciplinary issues.
- Encourage staff involvement with campaigns, gatherings, and feedback systems.
- Oversee employee visa processes and keep an eye on labor law compliance.
- Assist management in making strategic decisions through the analysis and reporting of HR data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and a high level of confidentiality.
