JOB DESCRIPTION
- Learning & Development: Manage and execute activities that support employee growth and development, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- HR Operations: Oversee key HR operations, including payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, leave management, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on employee welfare and engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Onboarding: Hold orientations for recently hired staff to make sure that the procedure is easy and friendly for each and every new recruit.
- Presentations and Reports: To support HR activities and decision-making, create and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
- Interdepartmental Cooperation: Maintain alignment with overarching business goals while collaborating closely with other departments to handle HR-related issues.
- Record-keeping: Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance by keeping correct and current HR documents and employee records.
- HR Advice: Give workers direction and assistance regarding HR rules, practices, and benefits.
- Policy Development: To improve organizational effectiveness, support the creation and use of HR policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing Learning & Development activities.
- Strong background in HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in employee welfare, employee engagement, and new hire orientations.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for creating presentations and data-related reports.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to join within one month.
