JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate with various agencies to hire laborers as needed.
  • Assist new hires with the orientation and onboarding process.
  • Keep up-to-date personnel records and paperwork.
  • Help with administrative duties, HR projects, and initiatives.

     

  • Organize staff development and training initiatives.

     

  • Respond to employee questions and offer general HR assistance.

     

  • Help with data analysis, HR reporting, and upholding adherence to HR procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
