JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with various agencies to hire laborers as needed.
- Assist new hires with the orientation and onboarding process.
- Keep up-to-date personnel records and paperwork.
- Help with administrative duties, HR projects, and initiatives.
- Organize staff development and training initiatives.
- Respond to employee questions and offer general HR assistance.
- Help with data analysis, HR reporting, and upholding adherence to HR procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
