JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Recruitment Support:
    • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
    • Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.
    • Manage HR-related correspondence and ensure timely responses.
    • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
    • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
    • Assist in maintaining a positive work culture and resolving employee concerns.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

REQURIEMENTS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s labor laws and regulations.
