JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting, verifying, and inputting employee attendance, time sheets, leaves, and other relevant data for calculating salaries.
  • Calculate employees’ wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and any other compensation or deductions accurately based on attendance and relevant rules.
  • Manage Employee leave and attendance record.
  • Calendar and Schedule Management.
  • Knowledge of UAE laws.
  • Create and carry out HR plans and programs that are in line with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the hiring and selection process, which includes finding candidates, screening them, interviewing them, and bringing them on board
  • Keep employee records in a way that is legal and follows company policy;
  • Oversee and manage a system for performance reviews that encourages high performance
  • Make sure that all HR management is legal • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital
  • Create and keep an eye on the organization’s overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  •  Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or relevant HR role in the automotive industry
  •  Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  •  Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  •  Strong ethics and reliability
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
  •  HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
  •  Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
