JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Data maintenance in relation to all employee information, championing data integrity and utilising the system to its full capability.  Ensure adequate controls in place to reduce errors.
  • Verify that the relevant internal policies and controls adhere to best practices. HR (such as ABC, SNOW, and Outsourcing Procedures)
  • In charge of HR Services’ document management procedures making certain that all files have documentation that complies with the most recent joiner/leaver checklists.
  • In charge of keeping all records up to date in the HR G drive in compliance with Bank policies
  • Prepare personnel files for final evaluation and approval by compiling joiner and leaver information in accordance with the internal HR checklist.
  • Keep supplier files up to date for HR-related outsourcing in compliance with the HR check list.
  • Promotions packets completed in internal HR folders
  • Help the HR Advisor handle the records list and archiving related to HR in accordance with internal policy.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 – 4 years’ HR administration experience preferably within a financial services environment.
  • Fluency in English essential, both written and verbal
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Experience of maintain detailed records/filing
  • Strong numeracy and intermediate excel skills
  • Knowledge of DIFC/UAE immigration requirements an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
