JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and current employee information.
- Organise and maintain HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, procedures, training materials, and employee handbooks.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox, promptly responding to enquiries, requests, and concerns from employees, candidates, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate responses or forward messages to the appropriate HR team members for further action.
- Help with a range of HR procedures and activities, such as payroll support, leave management, benefits administration, and employee modifications.
- Keep both physical and electronic personnel records current and correct. Update employee data, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits, and records pertaining to performance.
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, which includes organizing background checks, creating new hire paperwork, leading orientation sessions, and assisting with the completion of necessary
- forms. By starting exit procedures, holding exit interviews, and updating employee records appropriately, you can assist with the offboarding process.
- By obtaining and aggregating data, creating reports, and offering insights on HR metrics, trends, and patterns, you may support HR reporting and analysis.
- Keep abreast of employment regulations, HR rules, and processes. Help in assessing, revising, and guaranteeing compliance with HR policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience working in an HR administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Understanding of UAE labour laws. Knowledge of other GCC labour laws is desirable.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and comfortable working autonomously and/or in a small team, both remotely and in-person.
- Arabic language skills are desirable
