JOB DESCRIPTION
- Day To day HR Related Tasks.
- Identify staff vacancies, recruit and select applicants.
- Preparation of month end employee status
- Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, administering disciplinary procedures and absence management
- In order to work with the Public Relations Department
- Plan, oversee, manage, and coordinate employees’ and subordinates’ work activities.
- Coordinate and set up labor accommodations and transportation. Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate an organization’s personnel, training, or labor relations activities.
- Attend hearings and investigations pertaining to staff on behalf of the company.
- act as a liaison between staff and management.
- Give managers advice on issues pertaining to organizational policy.
- Any additional tasks that the Group HR Manager assigns
- Keep track of your employees’ electronic and digital records.
- Help with the processes of performance management.
- Assist with any HR-related requests and questions, both internal and external.
- Keep track of the HR management team’s calendars.
- Create and submit reports about general human resources activities.
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Business / HR or any related field
Minimum Experience : 2-4 years (at least in home country)

- Efficient, Communication Skills, both verbal and written + interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
