JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and obtaining quotes from vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Process employee’s requests and provide relevant information.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with general administrative tasks such as compliance, training, and onboarding.
  • Work together with other departments to make sure that coordination and communication on issues pertaining to procurement and HR run well.
  • Make ensuring that workstations are ready on schedule, with the required furniture, stationery, and equipment.
  • Help with vehicle administration for the company.
  • As assigned, carry out extra administrative duties to help the office run smoothly.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role, preferable in a corporate

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Strong communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discern sensitive issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in fast-paced environment.
