JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures the smooth operations of the department by updating reports, following up on requirements from other departments, tracking guests requests to make sure they are accomplished in a timely manner
- Distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed by the Housekeeping Supervisors and attendants
- Coordinates with the Purchasing Manager regarding supplies requisition
- Ensures the administrative duties are completed such as storeroom inventory, payables and receivables for the supplies, and proper tracking of the team members’ attendance.
