JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Effectively communicate the administration and operational requirement of work in Housekeeping.
  • Handle all calls for the department and ensures all messages, information and requests are  communicated promptly and accurately.
  • Process requests and delegates work assignments in a timely manner.
  • Proactively addressing any everyday functional worries.
  • Play a lead job in the coordination of all Housekeeping concerns and exercises.
  • Keep up with complete information on all Housekeeping administrations, outlets, lodging regions highlights and active times.
  • Keep a total refreshed stock of material and housekeeping supplies.
  • Request supplies on a case by case basis collaborating with the executives.
  • Produce different functional reports for the coordination of the Housekeeping division.

 

REQURIEMENTS

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Opera software.
  • Proficient communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the hospitality sector is required.
