JOB DESCRIPTION
- Effectively communicate the administration and operational requirement of work in Housekeeping.
- Handle all calls for the department and ensures all messages, information and requests are communicated promptly and accurately.
- Process requests and delegates work assignments in a timely manner.
- Proactively addressing any everyday functional worries.
- Play a lead job in the coordination of all Housekeeping concerns and exercises.
- Keep up with complete information on all Housekeeping administrations, outlets, lodging regions highlights and active times.
- Keep a total refreshed stock of material and housekeeping supplies.
- Request supplies on a case by case basis collaborating with the executives.
- Produce different functional reports for the coordination of the Housekeeping division.
REQURIEMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft and Opera software.
- Proficient communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the hospitality sector is required.
