JOB DESCRIPTION
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Perform routine deep cleaning duties.
- Maintain and replenish the cart every day.
- Make sure that all of the equipment in and around guest rooms, in work areas, and used when carrying out housekeeping duties is in working order.
- Report any missing or damaged items to the housekeeping
- supervisor, and take responsibility for making sure the items are replaced or repaired to create an uninterrupted or impaired stay for the guest.
- Be mindful of the environment and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Handle visitor requests quickly and effectively.
- Observe all fire, health, and safety, and hotel security standards.
- Follow the procedures for lost property.
- When needed, provide support to other departments and keep positive working relationships.
