JOB DESCRIPTION
- Clean appointed visitor rooms as per guidelines laid out by the inn. It includes, however isn’t restricted to, making the bed, tidying the room and furniture, renewing visitor room and shower supplies, cleaning the restroom, and vacuuming the floor covering.
- While tidying up the room, check that everything is in legitimate condition and request of working and report to the Manager any things that need fix.
- Clean passageways and floor public regions around visitor rooms relegated. Likewise, keep up with the tidiness of hardware and storerooms.
- Keep educated regarding the inn item and administration information to address visitor questions.
- Answer all visitor questions/demands in a cordial and caring way, make fitting moves or on the other hand if necessary, allude the issues to the pertinent people to deal with. It could be giving data, giving an additional thing like a towel, and so forth.
- Record on their task sheets pertinent data for record purposes and conceivable future requests. Toward the finish of the shift, report exceptional consideration regarding visitors, strange circumstances, and occurrences that need follow-up, to guarantee consistency and visitor fulfillment.
- Check the actual status of the room and updates the Request Taker of any disparities found.
- Report immediately to Boss and Request Taker lost and found things and direction with Request Taker while to cut things down.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Higher national diploma
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience working in a 5-star hotel
REQURIEMENTS
- Initiative and good customer service skills
- Basic housekeeping, chemical, linen, and machinery knowledge is beneficial
- Good English communication
- Hotel/cleaning service experience
