JOB DESCRIPTION

• Department Coordination: Oversees and coordinates the operations of all assigned departments to ensure smooth functioning.
• Accreditation Participation: Actively participates in JCI accreditation projects to maintain quality standards.
• HIS Implementation: Plays a key role in implementing the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Workforce and Resource Management: Oversees major decisions regarding workforce and resource allocation for assigned departments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantees adherence to national and international laws and accrediting organizations.
• Operations and Financial Management: Oversees the creation of strategic and operational plans and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of hospital operations and financial management.
• Executive Leadership: As a member of the Hospital Management Executive Committee, this individual develops policies and programs in collaboration with leaders in medical staff, governance, and management.
• System Development and Quality: This area of study focuses on improving work culture, system development, financial management, and internal communication.
• Asset management is in charge of making the best use, security, safety, and upkeep of all hospital assets.
• Patient Care Policies: Creates and executes patient care-related service policies, guaranteeing departmental and external service provider collaboration for integrated care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Post-Graduate: A post-graduate degree in Hospital Administration or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both oral and written English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in computer literacy.
• Experience: At least eight years of experience in hospital operations, particularly at the administrative leadership level.
