JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Respond to inquiries and requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide assistance and information to customers, visitors and employees regarding facility services, policies, and procedures.
- Receive and log maintenance requests, ensuring accurate documentation of issues.
- Coordinate with internal maintenance teams or external vendors to schedule and prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
- help the facility’s management adopt and enforce safety and security rules.
- Keep track of the tools and supplies required for facility operations.
- Order supplies as needed, ensuring prompt delivery and replenishment.
- Inform staff members and other interested parties of facility-related updates, announcements, and service interruptions.
- Work together to create and disseminate facility-related documents with the Facility Manager or Coordinator.
- Keep track of facility-related data including maintenance requests, response times, and service caliber and provide reports on them.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or helpdesk role.
REQURIEMENTS
- Knowledge of facility management principles and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software or ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
