JOB DESCRIPTION

Admin Support:
•  Provide administrative assistance to the IT department.
•  Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets.
•  Assist in coordinating IT-related events and activities.
Ticketing System:

Organize and immediately address IT support tickets.
•  Prioritize and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure that user complaints are promptly resolved.
Asset Management: Supervise the tracking and administration of IT resources.
• Carry out routine audits to ensure asset records are accurate.
• Work together with procurement to ensure timely purchases and disposals.
Support for Bilinguals: • Effectively communicate in both Arabic and English (preferably).
•  Provide technical assistance to users in a straightforward and intelligible manner.

 

REQUIREMENTS

•  Proven experience of around 5- 6 years as an IT Helpdesk Administrator or similar role.
•  Strong administrative and organizational skills.
•  Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
•  Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English ( ideally)
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
