JOB DESCRIPTION

Through the use of the engineering department’s CAFM system, the Helpdesk Operator will register building complaints, building service requests, and safety hazards in order to provide effective solutions and services to all visitors.

The main responsibilities of this position will be to make sure that requests are processed promptly, handle any tasks that are assigned to it, record everything, and follow up until the assignment is finished. Provide thorough analysis and reports, as well as advise the manager and department on any ongoing concerns or problems.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within facilities management in a similar role a
  • Diploma or degree
  • Passion and willingness to help others
  • Excellent communication skills
