JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Maintaining a high level of service attitude towards customers.
  2. Executing, distribution, recording of customer instructions from various channels e.g. incoming mail, fax etc.,
  3. kindly responding to general walk-in questions about ADIB’s goods and services and pointing them in the right direction.
  4. general administrative tasks, such as writing memos, letters to customers, filing, etc.
  5. delivering ATM cards and check books to clients

     

  6. managing and sending card issues that have been captured on behalf of clients
  7. supplying clients with protected cards
  8. Return checks are delivered to clients
  9. Fulfill any additional duties that the Branch management may from time to time assign you.

 

REQUIREMENTS

1. knowledge of ADIB’s Retail & institutional Banking products & services

2. knowledge of ADIB’s Operational Policies & Procedures

3. Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks

4. Thorough Knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE

5. Fair knowledge of service standards

6. Knowledge of Cross Sales

7. Computer skills
