JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop Eaton’s presence for within the Utilities, Industrial and other market segment in the KSA , Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & UAE countries.
- Qualify and add Eaton products to AVL’s in these specialized segments.
- Lead the Eaton Electrical Sector EMEA sales strategy in the Middle East and success in line with the Playing to Win strategies defined with the BU and Segment leader
- Set of key accounts and strategic partners and developing large projects in the utilities segment.
- Responsible for building the pipeline and closing revenue according to regional growth plans.
- Send out messages about the segment value proposition.
- Take the lead and be accountable for ensuring that the company has the vendor approval procedures and certifications in place with all of the important clients in the target territories.
- Choosing an account: Determine and target particular accounts in accordance with nations and account segment organization. Clearly state the penetration plan, account approach, and resource allocation.
- Specifications: Establish and nurture a solid rapport with regional and central application engineers who are capable of obtaining Eaton’s offers in writing. Determine who the important specifiers and consultants are.
- Aim to identify the target market, then create and facilitate the implementation of a successful plan to get Eaton chosen for significant electrical projects.
- Major global initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of the opportunity strategy and closely communicate with all Eaton stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of Sales experience in the Middle East market
- Ideally between 10-15 years combining sales, R&D, program management, marketing and business development
