JOB DESCRIPTION
As Head Waiter at En Fuego, you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the highest levels of service is provided to our guests. As each client is seated, the head waiter will meet them and establish a cordial yet professional rapport to provide a great first impression and outstanding level of service. You will know everything there is to know about the food and beverage menu, be informed about all marketing initiatives, and, when needed, give visitors and coworkers expert advise regarding menu items. Along with the aforementioned responsibilities, a key responsibility of this position will be to regularly check the consistency of the food and drink products being given in order to guarantee overall service quality and to report any serious issues or complaints to management.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
