- Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes
- Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
- Give visitors details on the accommodations, the hotel, the amenities, and the nearby attractions.
- Run daily reports and evaluate them to determine what has to be told to the employees for the following shift.
- At the conclusion of each shift, safely count the bank and complete the cashier and closure reports.
- Receive wake-up calls, record them, and forward them to the appropriate department.
- Report any emergency, missing object, or theft to the appropriate authorities or security personnel.
- Maintain emergency prepared lists and send out any required communications.
