JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Management of travel desk, coordination of travel requirements with the empaneled travel agents and issual of tickets.
  • Managing the hotel bookings, rental cars for employees and guests both locally and internationally as per the corporate guidelines.
  • Assist management with general administrative and clerical tasks such as mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  • Create and edit written materials, such as memos, drafts, reports, letters, and NOCs.
  • Meeting room management: help visitors and guests, provide a good first impression.
  • Handle and properly route incoming calls.
  • Plan and organize appointments, company events, luncheons and dinners in the workplace, etc.
  • Help with a range of tasks and provide help to other departments as required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Emirati National
  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Business Administration preferred)
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  • A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tasks such as message taking and appointment scheduling.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
