JOB DESCRIPTION
Will install, maintain and repair all assigned structural components, roofing systems, floor systems, foundations, gutter systems and surface coverings.
Will also carry out fabrication, oxy/acetylene cutting, metal and fabric repair, corrosion treatment, painting and stripping of pavement, vinyl sign manufacturing, locksmith services, and concrete form work. Need to be capable of demolishing, remodeling, or renovating current buildings. Will also install, maintain, and fix fence, sealants, epoxies, glues, paints, and protective coatings. additional tasks as they come up.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EDUCATION: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of military and/or technical training in Structures/General Maintenance Technician.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer candidate to have been experienced and certified in different structure skills in the USAF.
