JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcoming visitors.
- Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
- Organize and control kitchen and office material storage
- keeping track of material consumption
- Answers the telephone.
- Monitoring the use of equipment & supplies within the office.
- Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person’s concern.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Should be well versed with office documentation like scanning, spiral binding, filing & record keeping
