JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcoming visitors.
  • Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
  • Organize and control kitchen and office material storage
  • keeping track of material consumption
  • Answers the telephone.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment & supplies within the office.
  • Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person’s concern.
  • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Should be well versed with office documentation like scanning, spiral binding, filing & record keeping
