JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting in ordinary visitors/guests/VIP visits/special events from time to time • Answering call inquiry and call forwarding
- Receiving documents/Invoices/ supplies/samples from courier service and proper distribution
- Courier service document arrangement submission
- Clearing all admin supplier invoices like business card, pantry supplier, courier company and forwarded to Finance department
- Promote on-time and strong-visual communication in the office. Responsible for updating noticeboards and company intranet. e.g. holiday announcements, company announcements
- Housekeeping & Inventory Management
- Flight & Hotel booking
- Driver schedule request for guest employees
- IT requests assistance
- Co-ordinate and organise company events
- All other tasks as deemed appropriate by direct report may be added from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Administrative role •
REQURIEMENTS
- Computer literate with MS Outlook and ERP exposure
- Good verbal language skills & courteous behaviour
- Excellent telephone manners
- Responsive, highly organised with good multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
