JOB DESCRIPTION

When a patient or visitor comes into the office, you should greet and welcome them.
Follow the rules and processes of the clinic when you register patients.
Help customers by transferring calls, answering questions, and giving information. You will be in charge of both receiving and outgoing calls.
Make sure the reception area is clean and has all the materials it needs, like pens, forms, and brochures. To get the best work from everyone in the front desk, teach, guide, and train them.

Takes care of patients’ wants and helps them with their business at the different departments.
Pay attention to what customers say about the clinic’s services, both good and bad, and respond to them.
Help patients with their problems and concerns, give them information, and make ideas about the services.
Pay attention to and answer patients’ questions about the rules and procedures of the hospital as well as their rights and duties.
Does polls to find out how happy patients are.
Keep an eye on patients and guests to make sure they are happy.
Help people fill out any paperwork that needs to be done, such as insurance forms.
Talk to possible, current, or new Emirati customers on the phone to let them know about the clinic’s products, services, deals, etc.
Keep an eye on the things that happen before, during, and after a camp.
With the help of the center manager, look for neighborhoods, groups, and other places where business can grow.
Set up a medical camp with the help of the government, a local government, towns, groups, etc.
Make and use a range of marketing strategies for our company to help us get new customers and keep the ones we already have.
Work with the marketing team to get the word out about our clinic’s buildings and services on a variety of marketing channels.
In charge of translating what patients, visitors, and workers say so that everyone can understand.
Read and understand things written in Arabic, and if you need to, explain them.
Make sure to communicate with both local and federal officials so that the administration team has help when it’s needed.
Make sure people get great care and help so they are happy.
Make sure that patients don’t have to wait too long for their appointments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School or Bachelor degree
