JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and guests, offering a welcoming demeanor and directing them to appropriate departments.
  • Upholding personal and professional conduct that aligns with the brand’s standards.
  • Handling incoming calls, screening them as necessary, and redirecting them to relevant departments.
  • Managing calendars for meeting rooms and arranging catering when needed.
  • managing PVH’s ordering procedure and keeping track of all incoming and leaving supplies.

     

  • managing the dry goods and office inventories, creating purchase orders and invoices for HR and the office, and balancing cash receipts for PVH expenditures.

     

  • ensuring adherence to security, safety, and health rules both during business hours and during emergency evacuations.

     

  • keeping records well-organized so that the appropriate staff may easily access them.

     

  • arranging deliveries and shipments coming in and going out.

     

  • Any maintenance, cleaning, or IT problems should be escalated right away.

     

  • supplying general administrative assistance for every office task as required.

     

  • Assist the human resources team in communicating with the immigration partner with any issues pertaining to work permits, visas, and cancellation.

     

  • assisting the office manager in organizing a range of activities, including internal or external workshops and trainings, associate events, and market launches.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Facilitating Office or Front of House roles.
  • You’ll need to be a proactive self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, coupled with energy and enthusiasm, will be essential for success in this role.
  • You should demonstrate self-motivation and a drive to excel.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • You must be adept at managing multiple priorities and multitasking effectively.
