Floor In-Charge (Team Leader – Visual Merchandising) Job in Dubai UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide visual merchandising leadership and direction to the store through window implementation and in store merchandising
  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales manager and In-store Logistics manager as part of the commercial team to ensure in-store merchandising is in compliance with Home Centre VM standards
  • Ensure implementation of product and standard guidelines based on direction from the Concept VM and share customer feedback
  • Ensure that all displays in the store are aligned to the business requirements and the marketing calendar
  • They are in charge of making sure that the store plan works best for our customers so that they can get the full “Home Centre offer” experience.

     

  • · Make sure that the Key Merchandising Principles and Planograms are followed and carried out.

     

  • Based on what the Concept VM team says, plan monthly tasks and the right changes for the store accordingly.

     

  • Do daily floor checks to make sure you’re meeting the standards of the VM audit.

     

  • In charge of keeping the RPS System in good shape and making sure it’s updated on time

     

  • · Make sure that the price list for each function in every store area is easy to understand.

     

  • Always keep an eye on the business world, what your competitors are doing, and the way the market is changing by visiting their stores and writing up reports about what you

    found.

     

  • To work together with the area visual merchandisers and visual merchandisers to help stores adopt visual merchandisers based on the size of the store (large, small, or medium).

     

  • To look at and figure out what changes are being made to the merchandise in stores and plan monthly events with the Store Management and VMMs.

     

  • To find and report any changes that aren’t following the VM standards

     

  • Keep an eye on sales and figure out how marketing affects them at the store or department level.

     

  • Work with the marketing team and region VM manager to make sure that the brand’s image is the same everywhere.

     

  • Make sure Concept Visual Merchandising staff talks happen on time with each territory.

     

  • · Look into training issues linked to visual merchandising standards and suggest training programmes that meet those needs.

     

  • Make sure that successful Visual Merchandising standards and methods are created and used.

     

  • Coming up with creative and unique seasonal ideas for visual merchandising to make sure that goods move quickly and sales go up

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Continually monitor store performance against defined goals and take appropriate VM decisions that further grow our business and support profitability
  • Monitor product movement & availability and provide solutions on slow selling items to the Store Manager
  • Pursue and ensure high quality, simplicity and cost-consciousness in the execution of our work through usage of global tools and best practices
