JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQURIEMENTS

  • To be fully conversant with the Finance department policies and procedures.
  • To support daily accounting functions and provide clerical support.
  • Assist with month end closing process such as preparing journal entries, taking inventories etc.
  • Assist in month end reporting procedures and ensure to meet all deadlines as per monthly reporting calendars.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Keep up with finance records by making duplicates, recording archives.
  • Get important endorsement on Diary vouchers preceding recording to General Record.
  • Acquire DOF/AFC endorsement on each monetary records account explanation.
  • Complete month to month agendas and rules relating to month end shutting.
  • Guarantee significant and convenient reaction to Corporate Office and to Proprietors.
  • Keep up with Inn workers SIM card/cell phone arrangements and direction with Etisalat respects to SIM card related capabilities.
  • Help DOF and AFC in financial plan arrangement and information, conjecture reports and month to month answering to corporate money.
  • Participate, coordinate and speak with different offices in issues concerning bookkeeping related matters and interior control.
  • Cooperate, as expected, with people outside the lodging including inn’s bank, reviewers and different inns and KISA/Territorial corporate workplaces.
  • Plays out all obligations and obligations in an opportune and productive way as per laid out organization strategies and methods to accomplish by and large targets of this position.
  • Other than the above typical obligations Money representative will be called upon to do some other capabilities occasionally as expected by the DOF/AFC or managers.
  • Conform to the Organization’s Corporate Set of principles.
