JOB DESCRIPTION

  •  Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
  •  Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and optimize resources.
  •  Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
  • Encourage a cooperative and upbeat work atmosphere that fosters effective teamwork and communication.
  •  Create production schedules and plans to satisfy corporate objectives and consumer demand.
  •  Keep an eye on production schedules and modify them in response to shifting priorities and resource availability.
  • To guarantee the manufacture of high-quality goods, establish and uphold strict quality control requirements.
  •  Create and keep an eye on procedures and processes for quality assurance.
  •  Maintain a safe working environment by making ensuring that health and safety requirements are followed.
  •  Put safety procedures into place, train employees, and conduct routine safety audits.
  •  Control and maximize available resources, such as labor, machinery, and raw materials.
  •  Cooperate with procurement to provide a reliable and affordable supply of materials.
  •  Create and oversee the plant budget to guarantee economical operations.
  •  Locate chances for lowering expenses and boosting productivity.
  •  Determine opportunities for efficiency gains and process enhancements.
  •  Put efforts for continual improvement into action to boost output and cut waste.
  • Work together to coordinate efforts and accomplish organizational goals with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
  •  Regularly report production metrics and key performance indicators to upper management.
  •  Verify adherence to regional laws controlling production processes.
  •  Keep abreast of regulatory developments and modify operations as necessary.
  •  Create and carry out emergency reaction plans in case of unanticipated circumstances or emergencies.
  •  In an emergency, coordinate with the appropriate authorities and agencies.
  •  Verify that manufacturing adheres to delivery schedules and customer standards.
  •  Respond to client complaints and strive for ongoing enhancements in client satisfaction.
  •  Give manufacturing workers opportunities for skill development and training to improve their abilities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a Must.
• Proven Experience in Aluminum Manufacturing Management is a Must.
