JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Leads all Operational Facets to Significantly enhance Service Quality and Guest Satisfaction, implementing Innovative and Effective strategies to uphold the Highest Standards of Luxury Service.
  • Actively participates in formulating and executing Departmental Strategies and action plans, ensuring Alignment with FIVE’s overarching goals.
  • Plays a pivotal role in translating Vision into Reality, driving Operational Excellence across all Departments.
  • Delivers clear, consistent, and motivational messages about Departmental objectives to achieve Targeted Outcomes.
  • Skilled at communicating to connect strategy and execution, motivating fellow “FIVERs” to do their best.
  • Works closely with department heads to make sure that strategies and action plans are carried out smoothly. This creates a collaborative atmosphere that is in line with FIVE’s strategic vision.
  • Sets clear goals and expectations for the FIVE Tribe and uses performance reviews to hold people accountable and encourage professional growth. This creates a high-performing team that is committed to operational excellence.
  • Keeps a visible presence among guests to get first-hand feedback on service quality and levels of happiness, using approachability and proactive engagement to improve the experience of guests.
  • Advocates for the ongoing enhancement of guest experiences by turning feedback into workable plans and leading the development of service standards with a dedication to excellence.
  • Reviews progress on a regular basis with department heads to make sure it’s in line with goals and that strategies are carried out on time. Keeps an eye on things to make sure they keep moving forward and reaching their goals.
  • Keeps the General Manager up to date on operational successes and problems, which promotes open communication and strategic alignment.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • A proven track record of 1-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in an Executive Assistant role, demonstrating a strong ability to manage high-volume operations with Grace and Efficiency.
  • A strong background in Training and Quality Management with Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability.
  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  • Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
